Simon Dow
Community Manager
What Simon Does:
Simon is in charge of the day-to-day management of the Community Company.
This includes; grant applications and management of the grants awarded, finances, staff recruitment, and management along with reporting to the board of trustees.

Lisa Wilton
Head of School engagement
What Lisa Does:
Lisa is responsible for PLPS & NLT grant funding applications and the monitoring and evaluation of the grants.
She is also in charge of liaising with schools to ensure our KPI’s are met alongside lesson planning and organisation for the coaching team.

Kate Dunn
Community Administrator
What Kate Does:
Kate is responsible for organising bookings in our community sports hall. Kate manages the whole process from initial inquiry to organising the room plan etc on the day.
Kate also organises all of the administration for the extremely busy Duke of Edinburgh programme that has over 200 students currently enrolled.

Brian Birtles
Community Operations
What Brian Does:
Brian oversees the Community Sports hall in the evening and at weekends when we have bookings. Brian deals with any inquiries and manages the requirements of the customers during the times that are out of usual office hours.

Tom Dore
Womens & Girls Development officer
What Tom Does:
Tom is responsible for Women’s & Girls football for Altrincham FC Community Sports.
His role includes organising Girls only sessions in schools, Girls Holiday clubs, Sqaud Girls & Recreational Women’s Football Sessions.
Tom is also a key support to the Altrincham FC Women Coaching Team.
